Program Overview
Develop your artistic skills and creative confidence in this dynamic 4-week drawing program designed for young artists. What You'll Learn
Students will develop core drawing skills through structured exercises and creative projects, beginning with line quality, contour drawing, and compositional principles. They'll advance through value rendering, learning to create realistic form through shading and understanding light behavior. The program explores multiple media including graphite, charcoal, ink, colored pencils, and pastels, encouraging experimentation and personal style development. Students will strengthen observational skills, practice drawing from life and reference, and work toward creating expressive, finished pieces that reflect their growing technical abilities and unique artistic voice.
